Best thing to do is to start with writing a clear plan and to contact the KVK Advice Team with the specific questions you have since all these different businesses you have mentioned have different rules in their respective sectors. If they feel there is a match they can come to an agreement and the facilitator can provide support for the startup while starting their business. For example, in the Netherlands an NV is required to start with a capital of €45.000. If you choose a different business structure in the Netherlands there is no such requirement. In addition, the IND might have certain additional conditions such as a financial reserves when moving to the Netherlands.

Hi Oana, You can do this any way you see fit, as long as you make sure it'll prove the hours worked when checked by the tax authority. Our tip would be: get yourself an agenda and write down ALL hours worked, not just the billable ones. Hope this helps!

To apply, your facilitator can submit your application for a Netherlands visa to the Immigration and Naturalisation Service (Immigratie- en Naturalisatiedienst, IND), using the appropriate application form on their website. Hi Rahul, if you come to the Netherlands on a special visa, for instance a startup visa, you get an annotation in your residence permit that you are here under the startup scheme. So, basically, everyone who receives a residence permit gets the same document, and special conditions (like having a work permit, or an orientation visa) are recorded in it.
